Define Emergency

I subscribe to a flickr RSS feed for photos tagged with ’sign’ and I love this one that came through this morning. The description underneath says:

I’ve always liked that these signs don’t specify the type of emergency that should be occurring for you to break the window. Would you be fined for breaking the window midway through a relationship crisis?

I often wonder things like that too. My wife calls me a geek.
